docs: agent-invoke 流式会话设计文档
- 复用 agentMessages 表 + 新增来源字段 (source/a2aTaskId/callerAgentId/callerSessionId)
- sendTask 从 generateText 改为 streamText + streamBuffer
- 新增 A2A SSE 端点供前端侧边面板订阅
- 新增 AgentInvokePanel 侧边面板组件，只读流式展示
- 扩展 ToolContext/executeAgentTool 传递 sessionId
